Beef Wellington from the Bellagio.

Actually the 'sauce' that comes with the prime rib at outback is really good.. I think it's just the juices that are left after the prime ribs have been cooked though so it's not really a sauce I guess hehe.

I'm not a big fan of T-bones. There's not enough meat there to justify the price.

Best Tasting Steak?

Well, technically, they all taste the same. It's how it's cooked and seasoned that gives it a specific taste. As for texture and all around yumminess...fillet mignon is tops...period. :)

yes! Texas Roadhouse landed just here in Salem, NH, and it is impossible to eat there on weekends!

Another NH based AT'er?!?

Either a NY strip or rib eye

As far as a rib roast-
I give this 4 star recipe as a PSA Alton Browns Standing Rib Roast
It takes some time, and a little work, and importantly, a probe thermometer (which can be had at Target for about 15 bucks, but you will never roast without once you use it).

If you try it, my rating will climb ;)

Jeebus! Buying a house and all the ensuing paperwork has less steps than that. :Q

MEAT IS MURDER :|

Fillet Mignon, wrapped in a flakey pastry shell. Cover it in mushroom gravy and you got yerself a DAMN good meal. Add some sourkraut, mashed potatoes, and a Killian's Red.
