So roast beef sandwiches are actually steak sandwiches?
Cut into slices (steaks) before cooking.
Anyways, zer0burn is correct. I forgot about the filet of prime rib.

get some bacon wrapped fillet. Best thing to add is a good pepper seasoning. It really brings out the flavor.

Say for a good 1.5inch fillet heat grills up for a good 5 minutes cook on high for 5 mins on both sides, then lower heat to low/medium and cook for a good 20 mins. THats how I like it with just alittle bit of pink in the center.

know whats really good.

getting some flank steak running it threw a tenderizer then put ground pork inside of it. Roll it back up and tie it then cut into about one inch medalions. Great on the bbq pork really adds flavor.

Porterhouse rare for me.

MOOO!

I like the same, but on the medium side of rare.

Same, although when I was a kid (12 or so) my dad brought home some black bear - that steak is still one of the best things I've ever eaten.

There really is not much difference between a Rib eye and Prime rib{othe than cooking style size}
It's the marbeling that makes it mmmm good.
Hands down the Rib Eye is by far the best cut of meat IMO. You don't like Rib Eye good more for me, sucker!

I used to work at a steakhouse and had to explain the cuts often, that being said different people have different prefrences but

ribeye = more marbled, more flavor but more fat
filet = less fat, very tender, less flavor
strip = not to fatty, minus the strip where it gets in name from, flavor is pretty good
any steak with bone gets more flavors because of the bone,

If you are cooking any steak 20 minutes your fire is not enough, or you like you steak burnt.

well.. have u tried the stone grill?? it should kick some ass... was invented in Australia and is here in the US now..... not too many stores though..... i think stone grill gives u a refreshing taste~~ loved it.. loved it a lot.... especially KOBA beef... the one i usually go to serve Koba beef... it was reasonably priced, about 70 something dollars an order.... but it was worth it.

The cut is less important than the quality and preparation. A good strip steak is much better than a poor filet and even the best filet can be ruined by overcooking. That being said, I tend to favor filet mignon, ribeye and porterhouse in that order. It must be medium rare, properly charred and very juicy. With a good cut of beef cooked to perfection it's sacrilege to use ketchup or A1, those are used to disguise bad meat. Just a little salt and pepper, yum.

I'm a steak fanatic, what else should I try? I'm sick of your avg sirloin steak..

You mean a bud on tap... or do you actually want the bud put on your tab? :D
