Best tasting food to calorie ratio?

Granted, I eat a very light breakfast (a piece of fruit or two) and only have lunch and dinner as my real meals.

i would at least drink milk in the morning if you could. try to get some protein. mushrooms and nuts are more good foods to eat. try vegetable stir fry with chicken.

Blueberries: A kilogram only has 570 calories. Unfortunately they're expensive unless you live near a farm.

93% lean ground beef

and berries

eat fruit and vegetables

not eating enough as much as i should eat

too much dairy is also not good for at least if you do not eat enough green

not sure what clausse pickles are but salt, salt, and then some more salt again

Claussen is a brand. The Kosher pickles are a bit high in salt, but very low calorie. A half pickle is 5 calories and 270mg of sodium. They also have a wonderful texture and taste good, which was the point of this thread.
