Best stepping for 2.4C for overclocking?

I have noticed if you want to get over 3.2ghz the chips fabbed after week 21 seem to be doing it with much more regularity...

Is L=3, regarding the FPO/BATCH #?

I have a 3317A392 2.4C and it's not too great. I would guess it's my RAM holding me back, but then again, it is BH-5....

The highest I could post was 3.6GHz, highest stable was 3.2GHz at 1.6v selected in BIOS, but ABIT undervolts, so whatever.

You're getting 3.2GHz from a 2.4c and you don't think that's good???
