Are you seriously worried about the oil pan in a RAV4? wow.
Get a skid plate, $450 is a rip off just pay a buddy with a welder to make one for you its not hard to make.
Also just spend some cash on a beater if you are serious into wheeling.
Also i have spent alot of time wheeling and you usually catch your transfercase/transmission crossmember on things long before you will blow the oil pan open. I would also be worried about the gas tank depending on where its located and if it has a skid plate.
