gotta say the first thing that shocked me was that he was black. i would whole heartedly have expected this to be a crazy white guy.
 
they need to get the lift closer, get a helicopter up there to distract him and while he's not looking, they need to taze him and pull him off the tower.
 
I wonder if guy in basket has a bluetooth head piece on so they can talk to him from the ground.

Unless he is a hostage specialist trained in this stuff.
 
Put the basket underneath and just grab the dude already.

He has been up there 6 days he can't have much energy.

Plus dude in basket looks to be a beast.
