I feel for the guy trying to rescue him.

Dealing with a crazy guy 300 feet off the ground has be annoying as hell.

i'm agreed with the 'once he was weakened and obviously known to not be armed/hostile they should've shoved his ass in the bucket' scenario. but at least this ended, eh, 'happily.'

hopefully dude will get some help and not just get thrown back out into the street.

Looks like he is trying to trick the guy into the basket.

Once the crazy dude reaches for the water the big guy is gona jump on his ass and its over.

Let's hope it works that way.

Can't they tie a rope/bungie to a cherry picker utility basket. Tie a net to the bungie, and shoot him with the net or throw the net around him? Just have him dangle there like those old traps you see people get caught in where they hang from a tree.

shoot him with a net?

hell, i say just have a rope rigged to the basket and slap an attached handcuff around his wrist. then pepper spray him and yank him in. if he breaks his wrist, oh well, his fault.

you could maybe also give him a harness to wear and see if he'll put it on for his own good. trojan safety equipment.

He has been in the basket a few times. Not sure why the guy didn't grab him, probably not worth the risk in their mind.

They are just going to wear him down until he gives up.

It might be another few hours though.

I'm surprised he is able to move around and stay balanced after all those days of little to no food. I'd have fallen to the ground long ago
