That's expensive. Dinner and drinks repeated a minimum of 3 times is MUCh more than a year's membership at 24 Hr. Fitness.........plus schedualing is always erratic and impossible 10 days out of the month. :thumbsdown:
TF? Who says you have to do dinner and drinks before sex?! This is a workable option if you have a gf/ wife and not meant for single guys. The last thing on your mind is 'fitness' when your having sex.

Running is a great exercise but it can be tough for guys that use the wrong FOOTWEAR and are too heavy to start off with. People who were active when younger already have the required level of fitness to start running. It's the guys that weren't active when younger that struggle, because they haven't conditioned themselves to run and are heavier now.
