best odor-destroying tips for teen-age boy's room?

Other than more showers, clean clothes, new shoes/socks, dirty laundry goes elsewhere, no food, garbage out every day, clean bedding, etc?

There's just something about "eau de teenage boys" that we have to get rid of. No, I don't want to know what it is. I just want to get rid of it.

Help?

I have found that a molotov cocktail tossed into my son's room about once a month keeps the obnoxious odors down to a minimum. The cleanup afterwards is a bit of a hassle, but it is well worth it. 😀

MOLOTOV cocktail? Oops, I've been tossing in pina coladas. Maybe that's my problem . . . 😉

We use living air ozonators to clear nasty smells.
Plug it in, crank it up to max, close the door and it'll take the stink out of anything.

gUEv seems upset about something.

As for the odor thing, cleaning is about the only way to get rid of it. Putting in hard wood (or similar) floors would also help. Unless this kid has some bodily function problems, it shouldn't smell THAT bad. Maybe tell him? Does he know it smells bad? Does he personally smell bad? Does he not shower? I mean I know when you play sports your clothes generally smell bad, so tell him to strip to his boxer before coming into house (at least that is what I had to do).
