Arg... i would have to say that Band Of Brothers is the best. Private Ryan, and Black Hawk Down have to be right behind it.

The book band of Brothers was also EXCELLENT. At the end of the last movie in the series, what Winters said was probably one of the greatest quotes i have heard:

"My grandson said to me the other day, 'Grandpa were you a hero in the war?' Grandpa said, 'No'; but i served with a company of heroes" 🙂 🙂

i love it too, but i consider it a black comedy rather than a military movie. of course you could make the case otherwise...
 
Saving Private Ryan would be my pic.

I think I'm about the only person who didn't like Black Hawk Down. Not sure why, it just didn't do anything for me.
