Yeah but can any of these "gold players" win 6 NBA titles, win 4 PGA tour Majors, dance and box out Frazier, hell can any of them set up a cross with the outside left foot to a man cutting into the 15 yard box? While the people competing in triathlons are in amazing shape, and may have some innate atheletic ability, they are not very well known and probably can't do half the things of the people that jihad named.

Please.. Tiger Woods is NOT an athelete. He takes all the time that he wants to hit a little white ball and sics his caddy at people who take pictures of him. I know he works out and is in fine shape, but still not an athelete in my book, very well known though.

but not really, if you go to South America, Asia, Africa, I doubt if very many people would know who he is, to be known worldwide you really would have to be popular in Soccer, hence Pele.
