What you should really do is to remember the joke word for word and ask the person giving you the interview that if you tell them the best joke ever in history, they have to give you the job. Win Win

I read the joke once, and actually told it to someone IRL, from memory....haha.
 
So, as part of my "I joined a new team introduction" with teammates I email them a copy of this joke and get them to read it.

With this group, one guy just goes "I copied it to Word to see how many words it has. It was 28 pages, and over 10,000 words. Over 30,000 characters. I was not happy with that ending."
 
This thread is so nostalgic. I remember reading this my sophmore year of college in 2005.

In fact, I just looked up my reply, which is on page 9! Brings back some memories.

What font size? It only has 8 pages.
 
So the joke is to make you waste 20 mins or so of your time to read something that is not even funny. Decent story, but not funny.
