kinda tough to avoid..."hitting the brakes strategically" doesn't work as well in real life as it does in Need For Speed, and that car doesn't have the power to pull away.

He might have stood a better chance on the side streets, but there are many more variables then.

Wow...that guy is probably a professional stunt driver when he's not stealing cars for a living.

If his car had more horsepower he would have stood a greater chance. The cops were spinning him out at will and were all over the guy.

I'm surprised how well the cops handled the car, I guess the extensive amount of training makes a larger difference than I had thought of them previously.

That driver was well prepared for this getaway, I'd be surprised if he hasn't tried something similar in the past.

hahaha, I was actually rooting for the car jacker. That makes me want to buy a mustang, although not a V6 one. 😛

The stuff they show on "cops" is inspirational enough for young car thieves. If they showed footage of the guy getting away...well...there'd be no end to people jacking cars.

That guy had to be a professional driver, you can take 5 day to 2 week courses for a couple grand to learn how to do all kinds of things like that, ranging from racing to stunts to accident control and pursuit techniques.

lol that was awesome. Who ever said people didn't learn anything from the fast and the furious? Of course we learn how to evade the cops while at the same time showing off.
