I actually like Miami the best these days. It's definitely the cheesiest, but that's ok to me. I'm personally not watching any of these to be mesmerized by flashy-forensic science or detective work. It serves as a nice plot device. But I'm just watching for sheer entertainment. And in that regard Miami does the best job these days. It's flashy, over the top, and unabashedly uses the city and its characters sex appeal.

The original is still good and was great in its prime. Occasionally they'll do it, but they've never leveraged the Vegas backdrop enough IMO. Most of the episodes might as well be taking place in Tuscon as far as the show is concerned.

I like Gary Sinise, but I rarely watch the NY version. The last thing the world needs is another crime drama set in NY.
