A cheap reliable car that can be had with low miles would be a Chevy Cavalier. Chevy's are tough as nails and since it's American, parts can easily be had and cheap for any repairs. The most important thing to look at is miles. Who really cares if the car looks cool and it has 120k miles on it?

Thanks.. needed a good laugh.

Whats so funny about it?

i had one and let me tell u anythings cooler than that especially since mine was a station wagon.
ironically enough i spent 5k on an acura legend. :D

10 Ford Festivas. Mine has lasted a year and a half.

You'd get at least 15 years worth of driving. :)

5 grand could get you a cool 240sx or some other cool car.

My 1995 240sx was about that price. RWD, and more HP than a similarly priced Honda, even if it is underpowered.

also 91octane @24mpg

depends how economical you wanna be

i'm looking for a daily driver and was looking @240's myself, but i fail to see the point of having a daily driver that's about as fuel effecient as my current car

not to mention you can't have a 240 w/o doing an sr20det, that's just not right ;)

Yeah mileage isn't too good. I got 27 highway the other day though, with random acceleration to 101mph etc.

You do realize that you have some extremely inappropriate content in there, and I'm not talking about the grown-up naked women?

Well, I was going to see what all of the fuss was about, but I don't want any part of that.

I'm all about the women in their mid- to late-20s and up.
