Could you folx give me some suggestions? I am looking for a sedan. Prefer not to have anything larger than a six cylinder due to fuel cost. What is the best pre-owned sedan to get for price?

Thanks.

M45? You mean the old one right? The new one costs like $55K. Even the M35 will set you back about $45K.

M45 has a V8...maybe you meant M35? The Crossfire and Z4 are not a sedans. How about an used 530i or 330i?

You are honestly gonna spend 40k on a vehicle and worry about fuel costs? Wish I had your kind of fundage bro

the 3 cars you listed break the rules you set in your post 😕
Get a TL, hard to find it pre-owned though. Or a 530/330 as mentioned.

I'd buy a sedan for <$20,000 and put the rest in a mutual fund or IRA - or buy a house.

get the 2nd level crossfire , not the SRT6.

or my other alternative: get a beater car w/ good mpg and get a crotchrocket 😀

Dude, if you're spending THAT much coin on a vehicle - put down the spreadsheet, grow some hairs on your balls, and drive them all. Pick whichever one makes those new hairs stand on end.

Seriously - at that price range you'd BETTER have an emotioanl attachment to your vehicle, something you want, something you love. Asking us to pick it is like asking us to pick your next girlfriend. And by the way, her name is Jane, her number is 555-328-7448, and I've already broken her in for you...
