1) Protein bars, at least every single one I've seen at a store, use cheap ass soy protein. Soy will up your estrogen, which is great... if you're a woman.

2) The sugar and chemicals in these things are disgusting. For many of them, you may as well be eating a candy bar with soy protein added. Fuck. That.

One that they missed is Maltitol syrup, a sugar substitute that has a laxitive effect. Gross.

Stop being lazy and either make a shake or real food.

They are not all that bad.And you can get them shipped to home. BTW, why have you been so confrontational lately? Your posts in Zivic's thread comes to mind. Tone the aggression down please.
