You guys are hopeless. Sad.

And you continue being a piece of shit. You made a bogus claim that you can't back up. The quotes you provided don't even come close to what you claimed people said.

Why are you such a lying asshole?

I never said anyone said that. Read what I wrote. I'll help you.

It has nothing to do with self reflection or me. He is a deserter and deserved all that entails. He admitted it himself by pleading guilty of the charges. But then again you are the people that thinks Bradley Manning deserves an award for his traitorous acts.

So you don't know the difference between the two words "said" and "thinks".

So what you are saying is that you now have the ability to read minds and the quotes you posted were your portal to their thoughts?

Lets see if you can read my mind, guess what I'm thinking right now?

Just like the both of you.

Just man up and admit you constructed a whole straw village about what ‘many’ people here believe. You haven’t provided anything remotely resembling evidence. Do you have the courage to admit you were wrong?

This guy can't ever admit he's been wrong. He'll just play victim and virtue signal to fellow soldier worshipers.

Remember that one thread, where he said the US didn't invade Vietnam? Instead of admitting he said utter bullshit, he doubled down.

I generally like Obama but think this will end badly for his legacy. He freed and traded terrorists for this guy while others got their heads lopped off.

"I like the guy, but he basically aided terrorists" is pretty much the "I'm not racist, but....." rhetorical formula.

[note, this isn't an accusation of racism, but of rhetorical dishonesty, using the most common example]

Pick a small thread and keep pulling. .............................

The point is Bergdahl should be sitting in a prison for a good long while.

The point is that the Army didn't think so & they obviously know a Helluva lot more about it than we do. Anybody with a lick of sense needs to defer to that judgement or stew in their own know it all self righteousness.

No, you're seeing what you want, anything that can be taken even slightly anti-left here will be run in that direction by a handful of posters, including you. I liked Obama as president, not everything he did was what I wanted, but I think he did a decent job overall and the right judges him too harshly. But, as I said, he wasn't perfect. And this to me isn't one of his prouder moments. Yea, he got him home, but the reality is the one he got home was a deserter from our military, others never made it home and are missing today or died gruesome deaths for the world to see. He couldn't get those home, but the deserter that we freed terrorists for? Check. Criticism is warranted here, and I think looking back this will be one of the negatives of his presidency.

So what? The killers & captors of the others never offered to negotiate. They were killed in combat or dead within days or weeks of capture. The terrorists "released" haven't been released at all. The conditions of their interment are just better in Qatar.

Bergdahl? It doesn't matter what he did. He's property of the US Army & they wanted him back, rightfully so.

So no courage to admit you were wrong.

Sad

So much for the party of personal responsibility.
