so tell me... enlighten me. NYC people are happy with Hilary?

I can't walk down the street without walking into a dozen iPod twirling, Che Guevara worshiping, Starbucks guzzling, exfoliatedmosturizedpurified sacks of human garbage. Do I make myself clear? They don't care how bad Hillary is, all they need to see is the big 'D' next to her name.
so they don't care who the candidate is or what they have done just as long as he/she is a Dem.

that's sadass.

New Yorkers are like this:

If it doesn't bother them, it's good.

The politician doesn't need to improve anything, just not bother the people of New York City. (Sorry, you won't understand this mentality until you live here, but it pervades everything here).

This is why Bloomberg will be reelected in a landslide (he's a Repub), and why Hillary will get a ton of votes from NYC too.

Sad but true, but that unfortunately applies to rabid supporters of either political ideology.

On their way to a spoken word performance in the basement of some overpriced apartment complex in the Village. :D

Actually I just made all that stuff up. I don't even live in NYC. But it's worth about as much as your input in this thread.

How bad has Hillary been for New York?

As for Affleck, I can't imagine a Southie (South Boston) being a Senator for Virginny. They don't even speak the same language!

LOL - we don't see too many sting operations in P&N!

This is more like the Illinois Republicans crafting the absurd idea of importing Alan Keyes, of all people, to run against Barack Obama in the 2004 Senate election. That proved to be one of the most lopsided senatorial elections in history - Obama won by something like 85-15.

Haha. Keyes is about as good for Illinois as "Hot Rod" Blagoyevich.

My point being, that a reasonable answer for that proposed incongruency is not going to rear its head anytime soon. And by your "I don't put faith in polls" response, I see my assertation still stands.
polls are biased samplings. go ahead and put blind faith in them.

and btw, kiss off. my answer was my opinion and reasonable. don't you come in here spouting off like you are something great and my opinion doesn't mean sh!t.
Polls are indeed samplings. Whether or not they are biased cannot be determined simply by pointing to 3 people who don't follow the trend and declaring them to be invalid. Respected polls typically follow strict statistical processes that enable them to minimize the possibility of errors - much more so than any particular person's "opinion" on the matter at hand.

Also, feel free to take your apparent inferiority complex out of here, as we have no use for it. I'm sure you can find someone in OT to stroke your ego, if that is what you are looking for.

WHAT? This is ridiculous, link to wrestling even please:) I wanna see that.

I couldn't find a pic of him wearing the boa in the ring, but here's one of him wearing it with a lovely ensemble. :)
