Apoptosis, I can do that from this link using my e-mail and Dell password. It is not working at this minute (I get a Timeout Error), but IS a good starting screen for that. This link is occasionally inoperative (sort of like DELL!). Try it tomorrow?

i don't recall getting an email stating an ETA. Only thing I remember seeing is on my order status page is that they were unavailable or something like that and that was a couple weeks ago. To my surprise ups came today and dropped off packages. I got all 20 that I ordered.

 
I got a package yesterday but it only included the switch I ordered along with the NIC. My order status page says that both items have shipped. I think I'm just going to give up because it's just not worth the frustration. I'd actually tried to cancel this order three times. The first time I called and was told that there was a problem with their system and they couldn't cancel the order. What kind of lousy computer system to they have??! I also sent them an e-mail trying to cancel the order, but they wrote back saying (in a nice way) that they'll be ignoring my e-mail message because they'd received too many of them. A few days later, I checked my order status and it said that it had already shipped. I called a third time to ask them to cancel the order and recall the package. They said the only thing they could do was to have me refuse the package. So I made arrangements to do this. However, by the time the delivery date neared, I'd changed my mind and decided to keep the order. I opened the large box full of peanuts last night and found the switch right away. But I searched and searched and couldn't find a NIC. I think I'll just send them an e-mail saying that the NIC wasn't included. There's no way I'm going to undergo any more phone torture from them [unless another incredible deal pops up. heh heh].
 
My ten NICs shipped! Dell charged my credit card $12.50 which included $4 shipping. This was a fantastic deal, especially since everyone agrees these are decent NIC cards.

I too got the "delay to 2-28" e-mail. I also got the one time where ten NICs mysteriously showed up in my to buy later cart at Dell for the price of $9.95 per card (ten times the original price!) Through all this, I just sat tight and didn't send any e-mail or phone Dell.
 
just checked the dell website and my cards just shipped too.
two tracking numbers for 8 nics.
just had to wait.....
 
My hub and PCMCIA network card showed up Friday, no sign of my 3 ordered PCI NIC cards. Guess I'll have to phone Dell and see wazzup. Need to get at least one PCI NIC card for the desktop, otherwise the lappy will only have itself to talk to..... 🙁

I previously received the 2/28 delay notification. I really wonder how they are choosing which ones to ship...I only ordered 5.

Good question. My order number is 7177xxxxx and I only ordered 6. NADA.

Mine was 7176xxxx 🙂

I'm sure their shipping process is just as screwed up as their ordering process. I don't think they really care.

Great :frown: just got an e-mail from Dell patting themselves on the back that my whole order was shipped. Since I am missing the 3 NIC cards, now I get to spend some quality time on hold waiting for a CSR. Saving money is hard work. 😀
 
My NIC order was 71715XXXXX. They shipped last week and arrive sometime this week. Gotta love these Dell deals.
 
I just received my 10 nics from Dell on order #717519***. I ordered these with the shipping cost before I found out about the small business free shipping option. I'm still waiting for the other 5 nics I ordered through small business minutes later just for good measure.
