So I've got a mild cough, runny nose and a slight fever/chills/achey.

Oh yeah, totally unbearable... I hate a runny nose.

Time for a 5/500 vicodin. Or two?

😉

i had a cold just this week, could breathe through my nose or eat spicy food or hot soups without my nose acting up. worst week of no good food ever!

*blank stare*

Umm... umm.. because it contains acetaminophen and I have a fever.

😉

And I don't have any regular fever stuff, heh.

Because all you can do is treat the symptoms of a cold, and Vicodin will definitely treat the symptoms.

That's like calling the fire dept to put out a candle.

Pretty much.. LOL

It's been sitting around for months and hasn't been used, so I figured I may as well use it if it's going to help relieve my symptoms....

I don't have any regular tylenol or anything though, so I was being semi-serious. 🙂

In a related question: Why do so many men turn into pansies when they get sick? Most men whine more than women when they get a cold. I don't get it.

Because we cannot control it. Women can handle the loss of control more than men.

I've already eaten 3200mg of echinacea in the last 2 days, along with 2000mg Vitamin C.....

Caught this one too late I guess.

I was crazy sick yesterday

hit me suddenly, I had literal rivers of crap spewing from my ass, and while this was happening I had to puke so I grabbed the trashcan and puked into it while crap was still spewing

then I puked several more times, and sharted in my pants like 4 times during the course of the day, twice while puking in the toilet, there was nothing I could do

so of course I was super dehydrated, I drank a full glass of water and 10 minutes later was puking pure clear water
