Been banned from [H]...need my PMs for FS/FT...can anyone help?

Was banned from [H]ard for a post I made about those annoying ass Kontera pop-up ads/spam/shit theyve started using...permanently banned...with the message:


You have been banned for the following reason:
Ad Blocker - Sorry, we no longer wish to give you free access to our resources.

Sorry [H], didnt know I couldnt use the internet and my PC the way I wanted...anyways...I need my PM's from them because I need the addresses and information for like 3 people Im doing business with from the FS/FT section...can someone here help me out or what not? I feel kinda shitty about it, and I maybe should have been more careful about what I said, but I feel like its fucked considering the harmlessness of the comment. If they hadnt of shoved this shit down their users throats I wouldnt have had to block anything from their side...

Kontera was the advertiser that decided to load trojans and back doors on my PC. They can go f' themselves. I wouldn't be running no-script at all if it weren't for those asshats.

...and yes, I did verify that it was them when I went back to the page (was a HD enclosure review), and one by one allowed sources, the moment I allowed them suddenly both AVG and Spybot tried unsuccessfully to stop stuff installing that DL'ed more trojans that required booting into Linux to clear.

See, out of the 5 years there (great member loyalty by the way) Ive never had an issue...this seems like something they could have warned me about or something...in that sub forum of their site there are plenty of people who talk about blocking the ads and what not...maybe not specifically saying "Adblocker" but none the less...none of them got banned.

Just seems shitty to me...its like Ford blocking you from using their cars because you removed the needles sticking out of the seats that prick you in the ass everytime you sit down (completely fake situation here obviously, but it feels the same)...

See...shit like that...I dont want this shit in my browser...and honestly...what do forums need a lot of money for anyways??? Kyle (owner of [H]) could sell one or two of the loads of 5870's and what not that he has and that would keep the single forum server they have up for months, if not years.

Unless the mods there get paid or something, Im at a complete loss as to why they need money to begin with...Anandtech seems to be doing fine with no charges anywhere...hell, you have to pay for off-topic there!!!

Yeh ads suck.... but so does paying for ATOT or any other forum.

I think the LAST thing you want to do is try to message Kyle here. Even if he does log in with any regularity here, he's likely to come down on you over PM with the equivalent of a red bull and pack of menthols after downing a case of PBR. (No offense Kyle - but everyone knows you're pretty zealous when it comes to YOUR site)

Your best bet is to create a new account quietly and PM the folks you're dealing with there asking them to take it to email for said reasons. Or call by phone if need be. Once done, just walk away.

I would...but you cant register with a email account from Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail...and many other email clients...so for that Im at a loss...what the hell email CAN you use there? LOL...RIDICULOUS!
