I'm all for pork. Nothing beats a pile of properly rendered fat. Bacon and pork shoulder blow all that other crap out of the water.

I'd take a perfect steak over my favorite chicken dish.

but if I could only chose one for the rest of my life, I can eat more chicken than beef before getting sick of it.

not a huge fan of pork in general outside of bacon.

Why do you make me choose between 3 of the best foods? Its so mean. Its like asking a parent, "Which kid do you love most?" Why would you do this? What possessed you to stir the pot in this way?

Chicken takes the flavor of marinades better than beef, IMO - so I could eat that longer. But if you give me my preferred cut of steak, I won't complain. Or a bison burger.

DON'T MAKE ME CHOOSE!

Beef, a "shell" steak (bone-in NY strip),marinated in Worcestershire sauce with seasonings and grilled (or cast-iron pan fried method) just a tad above rare. While the tenderness of a fillet is second to none, I find it somewhat bland on the flavor side, there's something abouy that meat close to the bone that's special. Unfortunately it's not common for grocers to sell them, they would have to order the primal cut bone-in or remove the tenderloin from the short loin, then cut off the excess bone on the band saw, few supermarkets are willing to do all that..

The OP is a gastronomic coward. The only people who think chicken, beef and, pork are the only meats worth talking about eat most of their meals at fast food holes.

Isn't a NY strip just the larger side of a t-bone? What difference does it make if the bone is attached?

Shellfish > Fish > Those three. But of those three, chicken narrowly beats out beef with pork at a moderately distant 3rd.

I didn't really think shellfish was an issue here, I do like fish, especially real grouper.

Duck is a bit greasy for me personally, but used to eat squirrel a bit growing up, the big black ones.

And don't knock it if you've never had it done right 😛

Kinda like rabbit as far as odd things, though I imagine no one has done that either.

Never ate a possum

I am a big Lobster, Crab, Shrimp fan myself, they go good with something like a Porterhouse.
