I remember when Beach Body Fitness was getting introuble for their shitty practices. Automaticcaly signing you up for multiple things when you order somethign else.

Are they still pulling this crap? Anyone have any experience with them good or bad?

I bought P90x from them about a month ago. No hassles.

how do you like the program? can you see any improvement?

Its a decent program, but like just about any REAL program out there, the key is diet, and actually doing the workouts. You can find it easily online, so try it off there.

That's pretty much it...everything works when coupled with a good diet, because the other alternative is sitting on your duff eating junk food 😀

Ab Ripper X..

I hate it.. but I love it.

(seriously though, it's a good program. Key is definitely diet and discipline. I've seen it firsthand; my friend's before and after pics for the three months he devoted to it are night and day).

I've been doing P90x. I'm on my third week.

The yoga x is pretty intense... I'm so much more flexible already.

The plyometrics is pretty hard on my knees... It's a good workout, but hard on your joints.

I really like the Shoulders and Arms workout. It's Shoulders/Bi's/Tri's... rinse and repeat for an hour or so.
