I talk to myself A LOT while driving alone. I like to create a conversation or something that I would talk about when I meet someone. And I practice making up interesting stories to amuse classmates. Also I like to imagine I'm in an argument with someone on an issue, except that I only list my side of the opinion. I know its sad and weird but it helps me to start a lot of conversations with classmates.

I think more often when I'm driving back home I would start thinking back things I said to people during that day. Like what I should've said instead to make the conversation more interesting or more to my advantage...etc. I would start re-imagining the situation w/ the girl and instead of saying "Cya next week" I would babbling on and on in the car about what I should've said and things like that. I also do a lot of hand gesters while driving so people would look at me. Sad but true.

I talk nearly everything through with myself, I also enjoy muttering sarcastically. I have NEVER been asked about it by ANYONE
 
I do it often at work, people have asked me about it. However most of them do it themselves too so it's not like they are worried or anything like that. One time my Mom asked me about it, I told her it helps me to stay sane.

i was told once that its a sign of craziness if you talk to yourself and then you answer yourself back. this worried me momentarily cuz i do it alllllll the time but then i told myself to shut up and stop worrying abou it.
 
I always talk to myself (and others) while I drive. That's also the only time when my mouth gets filthy. I never swear in front of other people or while in public. When I'm behind the wheel, though, I'm a sailor through and through! :Q:Q
 
Yes and it's pretty depricating. Like:

"God, you're a moron"

"I am so stupid, idiot, idiot, idiot"

"Keith, you friggin dumbass, why did you do that"

"sh!t, sh!t, sh!t, move your hand next time you friggen idiot"
