Lol wow, sadly not surprised. Sue sue sue! It's the American way. Does not help that the system enables this sort of behaviour as you can sue for anything. The idea of these lawsuits is not so much to win but to get a couple hundred grand settlement. Free money. But if you do end up winning then you are set for life.
