We've got to fight off Cal, Oregon, Notre Dame, and UCLA in the coming weeks. :Q

if the win out, it will only help their computer ranking, they are already #1 in computer ranking

I agree that TN deserves to be in top 10 (after all they DID beat Cal). However, the large margins Cal has been winning every game since that loss has given them a much higher score. I'd say the most overrated team on the list is Auburn since they lost to an unranked team (at the time). However, ND does NOT deserve to outrank texas and Cal. Both texas and cal have had much harder opponents and larger win margins. I'm also surprised that Michigan wasn't #2, USC has barely been getting by in the past few games.

btw: here's the complete rankings- http://cfn.scout.com/2/579576.html

Right, the most important matchups that link the Pac 10 and SEC right now are USC-Ark and Cal-TN

Blame the computers.

Among the top 25, the teams ranked in order of descending CPU% are (with increase over BCS rank following):

USC 1
Michigan 1
Ohio State (2)
Florida 2
Auburn (1)
California 4
Notre Dame 1
Arkansas 5
Rutgers 7
Louisville (3)
Boise State 4
Tennessee (1)
Oregon 1
West Virginia (9)
Texas (6)
Wisconsin 5
Clemson (5)
Boston College 2
Nebraska (2)
Tulsa 5
LSU (3)
Georgia Tech (3)
Missouri 1
Oklahoma (2)
Iowa (2)

The biggest movers are Rutgers, who the computers love, and West Virginia, who the computers hate

The teams ranked in order of descending CPU% - (Harris% + Coaches%)/2, that is, the schools the computers have the biggest relative hardon for, are:

Rutgers
Arkansas
Boise State
Florida
Tulsa
Wisconsin
Boston College
California
Oregon
Auburn
USC
Notre Dame
Michigan
Missouri
Nebraska
Ohio State
Iowa
Tennessee
Louisville
Clemson
Oklahoma
LSU
Georgia Tech
West Virginia
Texas

On another note, WVU and Louisville are annoying me. The only ranked opponent either of them played was Miami and nearly every other game has been against mediocre opponents. Chances are, we'll see a national championship of Michigan/Ohio State vs. Louisville/WVU (keep in mind, I think there is a high chance that USC gets defeated in the upcoming oregon-cal-notre dame-UCLA slaughterfest). I'd much rather see Auburn, Texas, Florida or Cal make it to the game but w/ either of these teams undefeated it probably won't happen.

And the only one they'll each play before bowl season, besides each other, is Rutgers

i think the big east will sort itself out. pitt could easily surprise wvu or louisville if they aren't careful. rutgers is on the rise as well. in the end, i think the only undefeated team will come out of the winner between osu/michigan.

if usc isn't careful, they could lose 3 games (oregon, cal, notre dame) and if they keep playing like they do then you might as well put up the L for the notre dame game now.
