Sheesh, I don't think I'll even get to see this game. ESPN? Last year IIRC the championship game wasn't even on broadcast TV. This country is going to the dogs, or rather the capitalist dogs. Woof!

Assuming, of course, that the Cowboys would have scored on either of these defenses...

They at least put up some points against the teams they played. The only reason they're not in this game is a loss to Iowa State after a plane crash that killed some basketball coaches and others from OKST, who may or may not have been friends with some of the players. Regardless, it's hard to get up for a game after something like that happens to your school. They got shafted.

I hate to say it but LSU needs to do the reverse of last game: pull Jefferson and plug Lee. They've gotta do something because the game plan just isn't working.

/as if on queue he just threw a very unlucky pick

Wow, LSU sucks. They had already proved it in the first half of the SEC championship game against UGA, who couldn't get anything done in the second half. It's sad the only unbeaten team in the land was the one that didn't really belong in this game.

how's that "unlucky" in any way? He had a path to pick up yardage running with his RB possibly blocking the only defender in the middle of the field. He made about the worst decision possible and then asked Ware why he didn't keep running upfield LOL.

any team with a good offense? or just BS teams with ranks but not so much actual offense on the field against good teams?

Oregon finished 3rd in the nation points for overall, WVU was 14th, Bama 17th, and Arkansas 16th.

Do you not know about sports.yahoo.com and espn.com? Go educate yourself, then maybe you won't sound like a moron.

I'm streaming it off ESPN. More like who the hell still watches network TV with commercials? lol

but cable for an NC game? that's absolutely disgraceful. wtf dropped the ball on this one?

Yet another reason why people don't give dick about the BCS

LSU is good. You just can't ride the coattails of your defense forever. All LSU fans know Jefferson is horrible.

The Bama o-line needs to help out the running game a bit. They get in the redzone and they just get knocked on their asses.

Unlucky in the timing, the guy turned right at the point of no return. The decision was retarded.

Yup, and ESPN made sure we could see how gruesome it was from 3 angles.

I hate ESPN. I don't have subscription TV, so I can't see this game. I have rooftop antenna. Many games on ABC broadcast TV are ESPN feeds and I generally fine their style repugnant. Too bad they no longer broadcast the bowl games, it's sad. They used to broadcast almost all of them, at least the higher profile games. They did the Outback Bowl (I didn't bother watching it). Who ever heard of them 5 years ago? I think there was one other bowl game broadcast 3 days ago, I didn't bother with that either. At least the NFL is still on broadcast, except MNF and Thursdays.

Yea usually they'll show it once with a warning before. The announcers didn't even notice it till the last replay. I thought it was obvious right after the play when the guy's leg was sticking straight up in the air.

Now LSU needs to score a TD and make this a game. I need a reason to stay awake for the 4th quarter.

Missed FG. It is still under 2 TDs score. Come on LSU offense. Defense saved the day, now it is your turn.

Jefferson is still the QB? <gasping>. Maybe he would throw a few more INTs.

SACKED. LSU = 0-7 third down, 59 total offense yards, haven't crossed the midfield and yet we still have the same clueless QB. Way to go...to lose.
