More like a third of a bawls is like a 20 oz mnt dew.
To me it seems like the caffiene is different with bawls than coffee and mnt dew, doesnt make me feel wierd. Bawls is a must for me on road trips. If you havent tried it then you are missing out.
 
For those of you wonderign why CompUSA is carrying this, it's a promotion for the PS2 game RLH (Run Like Hell). The aforementioned drink keeps appearing throughout the game, and the boxes at Comp have the phrase "Grab your Bawls and Run Like Hell" stamped on them.

Now you know!
