Bond and Bauer both do what they need to, to get the job done. Bauer and Bond both would have killed Wombosi.
Bauer and Bourne are both emotional messes. Probably the realism behind the characters.

Its best to not cross any of them.

So when it comes down to it. Bond ability to score with nearly every woman he wants (friend or foe) pushes him to the edge, as Bourne and Bauer don't have anything close.
