Battlefield 1943 (not 42)

prob won't buy it for xbox, if it's for PC then sign me up. I like 1942 the most in all PC battlefields.

i just read a september release date for pc. boo to that. i will have forgotten about it by then and wont care. i dont like these staggered release dates that seem to be coming more common.
 
Probably - but I am still waiting for a full fledged new Battlefield game to come out. I miss them.....

it was a post in their forums and the stance was "we want to give the best pc game possible not some console port" or some crap like that.
 
I will definitely buy it on the Xbox 360, and I'll buy it for my friends if they're too cheap to buy it themselves.
 
24 player action? WEAK. That's why I haven't paid for a single BF game since 2142, I don't want "grueling 24 player action," I want a fucking 32 on 32 war.
 
We have a forum for this.

I'll be buying it even though it's only 3 maps. DICE is using what they are calling the Frostbit 1.5 engine which provides fully destructible buildings.

Forget 32 on 32, remember when they were promising 64 v 64 before BF2 came out? I was so disappointed when it was still 32 v 32.
