Damnit. Why so many more months for the PC game? Bastards!

That's their base, the very people who gave Battlefield a foundation in the world. And it seems like they are putting us on the back burner. Way to go EA!

I have the Battlefield Heroes beta. It really disappointed me.

It takes a small amount of Learning, but Empires (Mod) for the Source Engine is BF to the next level. It's free if you own a source powered game (HL2, CS:S, DoD:S, The Ship, etc)
  • Custoized Tanks
  • Cool Weapons Setups
  • Complex Game Play
  • Mandatory Teamwork
  • Many ways to Victory, many ways to defeat.
  • Oh, and it's addicting as heck.

As a bonus, the developers are regular players whom you see often see actively playing the game.

no. BF2 has earned them permanent "fuck you" status.

That's alright, 2142 was a big "fuck you" right back from them.

And BF:V was just a glorified mod, but it was a damn fun one.

Don't forget the 1942 addon for BFV.

I don't remember BF2 on PC being that bad. I think it was pretty fun actually. of course its garbage compared to COD4 now though. 2142 was pretty crappy though. 1942 was cool. I hate FPS games on consoles but might buy it instead of waiting months for the pc

You can't even compare BF2 and COD4. Too different to be compared.
