This debate has been going on for a long time. Batman always wins if he has time to prepare for a fight, kryptonite. Superman is also weaker at night because he gets his powers from the sun. According to the comics, Batman loses if Superman goes batzshinz crazy spontaneously. If the movie stays true to the comics, Batman should win.

The only thing that seems a bit much to me is Wonder Woman. It looks like she is fighting someone like Superman. Not too many heros or villains can knock Wonder Woman back when she's blocking. Just don't quite see how she fits in, but I'm more than happy to see how.

this trailer did look better than the first, the wonder woman included snippet is not answering any questions yet though.
 
Wonder Woman still looks like a model wearing a cosplay. 🙁

Reminds me of Sam's girlfriends in the Transformers franchise. They're just there to be a pretty face. :\

agreed. I really hope they do something good with her. Wonder women is one of the few female super heros that is popular and can hold her own against men.

Loved Wonder Woman and Hawk Girl in the Justice League. They kicked ass and took no names. I also liked Vixen, but she gets taken out way too easily IMO.

Unfortunately, this movie will receive some sort of sexism 🙂rolleyes🙂 backlash even if Wonder Woman was to beat Superman and Batman in the movie.

This is what I always wonder. Even a weak superman around krypton could probably kill a human in one punch I'd imagine, but obviously I'm wrong lol

around krypton superman is no stronger then a normal human. prolonged exposure can kill him. So even superman with regular human strength is no match for batman.
 
One theory I just saw was that it wasnt Superman using heat vision against Batman or fighting Wonder Woman, but someone based on Zod's DNA. Either a Zod clone or Doomsday. Kinda makes sense since they did show Zod's corpse in the trailer.

in addition, I can think of a bunch of ways Supes could kill Bats without even being within miles of him. lol he could vaporize the guy from orbit. He could speed blitz him out of existence.

Good god, the list just goes on and on.

A lot of Bats fanbois are still creaming their pants over TDKR which wasn't cannon.

in the latest trailer, Bruce says to Alfred "He has the power to wipe out the entire human race."

So if Batman is then still able to outright beat and humiliate Superman, I will never spend another dime on a DC property again.

That being said, I don't think that's going to happen.

well, they did show (most likely Mark Zuckerburg if the editing in that preview is sequential) obtaining Zod--so perhaps he brings Zod back.

...just, way too much crap happening it seems. Looks fun, but I hope it isn't as messy as the Avengers.
 
- Bruce Wayne is mad
- Superman conflicts world b/c he's dangerous but keeps saving people, Lex Luthor keeps stirring the pot
- Batman tries to take Superman down b/c he's a threat to humanity
- They fight and Batman has some plan/technology that keeps it entertaining
- A new threat arises that they realize they need to join forces to beat (seems related to Zod's body - probably some genetic extraction by Luthor to revive him or create some monster)
- They team up and beat the threat after a lot of difficulty
- Batman realizes that Superman is powerful but trustworthy and probably "teaches" him some rules about collateral damage, yadda yadda
- The world realizes how big the universe is and that Superman is their only protection
- The end with some hint to the next threat

Batman always beats Superman in the comics and anime as long as he has time to prepare for the fight. Most likely, the movie will stay true to this. Batman only loses if he has zero time to prepare.

you don't read comics much do you? because damn near every time Batman and superman have fought batman wins.

hell even when superman goes nuts and takes over the world batman is more then a fight for superman.

I think what he is trying to say is the comics dumb the fights down. But if this were actually real batman stands 0% chance against superman. As said could eye blast him well out of range of kryptonite etc.
