Depends who they're loyal to. Plenty still loyal to the previous admin at all levels of government.

And how long before he's in front of a jury or judge? Democrats took way too long.

It really doesn’t. This is conspiracy theory level thinking. Federal law enforcement will enforce the warrants 100%, without question.

When he is arrested he will be in front of a judge almost immediately, because that’s what happens when you are arrested.

Not much penalty. Bannon won't care as his failure to appear was most likely an act of defiance, of which he was willing to pay the price for.

When the repubs get control they can do the same kinds of things to the dems. Tits for Tats.
