I'm not sure how to feel about this game mostly because there is little replay value. I played on the highest difficulty and reached "endgame" now, there is no challenge left or reason to continue.
I survived fires, influenza and mumps outbreaks, I have a pop of 380, acquired and planted every seed. I even got all stoned roads, built a few tunnels to sub cities, just nothing left to do. Nomads are constantly "applying" to join, I estimate I could keep this going forever but I think restricting adversary to mother nature was a bad move.
Don't get me wrong, it wasn't too easy, it was very, very challenging but only up to about 100 citizens then it was pretty much on cruise control. Had I not known it was a 1 man project, the game didn't give that away. It looks good and it's polished, I didn't notice any bugs. Some of the minor flaws I can easily overlook, the price is fair, I just feel like there isn't enough game.
