I remember when Cake opened for No Doubt in 1997 or 1998 (I think it was 1998). Everyone who saw that show agreed that Cake was a giant "WTF?!?". Then someone, somewhere decided they had talent, all my friends suddenly liked Cake and I was left yelling "Nothing changed! They still suck you posers!".
