This might be the end . Don't sign any contracts will them at this point or give the any checks or cc . I suggest paying only month to month with cash .

My wife has a lifetime membership ( bought cheap from another member who was moving ) with me as add-on .We have our fingers crossed that they will stay open but who knows .
 
Not too surprising. Wasn't Bally originally created by THE Bally (gaming company) with the idea that they could simply build the machines for the gym in the existing Bally facilities? IIRC that didn't work out well and Bally was spun out into it's own company.
