I bought something from monarchcomputer.com 7/19. they sent me an email saying that they couldn't ship it to the shipping address (different than my billing), and it wasn't possible for me to pick it up at the other address, so, i canceled the order (7/27). To date i have yet to receive my refund for this and i am wondering what kind of action i can take to get my money back?

Dispute the charge with your CC company would be a good start.

EDIT: Option #2 is to persistently call monarch computers and ask for your money back.

i bought it with a debit card. i don't have a CC as i am only 18 with no job.

Then I guess you're stuck with option #2. I would also send letters, and also mention that you will be contacting the Better Business Beureau if resolution isn't made.

You didn't have a parent you could mooch from? Sheesh...the kids of today... 😀

Have you tried calling their customer service? Usually a good place to start if you haven't already.
