FYI that sausage is eaten in other countries too, not just China.

my bad, should make it clear. Over here as in Chicago, Il. cant find any decent lap xuong in Vietnamese towns. Especially with the new year coming ...

100% agree... I love sausage more than bacon, but for that same reason I've been choosing bacon more often now.
