Nice pics, and damm they got a T&T there too? That's where I got my lobster!

hehe, I got a T&T across the street from me. Don't shop there much, but always get the "Wow, people actually eat that?" sense of wonderment when there.

It's a good store man, lot's of fresh stuff and a wide variety of items if you actually know what to shop for. There's a giant one not far from me in Mississauga.

Hey some of the soups you have in the pics are amazing, what type are they? Id love to find a place around here with that kind of food.

I find their meat department lacking, not very fresh at all.

PS I work across from Square One 🙂

If I liked Seafood, I'd shop there all the time. Their selection is massive, especially in this area. Don't care for it much though and their selection of Ground or Stewing Beef is rather lacking, sometimes they have it, sometimes they don't. I recently began buying my Groceries Online at Thriftyfoods. I no longer need to go to the Store, except for a couple things that can be picked up at London Drugs.

Cool ... I have a condo directly across the street from Tomokazu (the sushi restaurant you visited). My wife and I eat there at least once every time we are in Vancouver. You just gotta love the all you can eat sushi!
