I have heard that a B12 supplement (in a shot??) is a good way to raise your energy level. Is there any truth to that, and if so, where would I get something like that?
B12 is overrated to say the least. Proper sleep, diet, and exercise will all do much, much more than a B12 shot. If you're not getting 7-9h of sleep and you're eating a lot of processed junk, you'll find yourself much less energetic. Clean things up and I bet you won't have any problems.
