dont feel bad - they used to make fun of me too when i only had a gf3 ;)

Good point, I was considering getting a ti4400, but with the R300 coming out, I might as well wait. :)

If I do that and get some XMS PC3200, I bet I can at least come close to taking the 3dmark crown. :)

It's ATi's next card. The Radeon 8500 is an R200 gpu, the R250 and R300 are the next gpu's. :)

Thanks for the info. I'll have to do some research on that now.

crawlingeye,

You seem blindly faithfull in pc3200 corsair doing 480mhz...Unlikely...Where did you see this??? Link please...The memory is already downgraded to cas2.5 and I can't see even lowest settings dragging you that much further out....

The reviews I have seen have it going 440 but at the most conservative timings...That is all I need for myself since I plan on running 166fsn with 3:4 ratio...~442mhz...

I can't complain. :D It's not one of the top "knock your socks off" marks, but I'm happy. Not bad for my first ever computer build. I just can't believe that this is the first time I ever tried to use 3DMark2001SE to benchmark it. At least it was able to pass the test without dying. :D

Thanks, man. I hope to quadruple that when I build my new P4 1.6A OC system in a few weeks :D (will stick with this card until sometime this fall, most likely).
