Who's bright idea was it to put VBA scripting on Outlook anyway? If people would just use some other email client than Outlook, then we wouldn't have these problems with viruses like sobig. Yeash.

Hey, you're right. Then I fail to understand why the worm is spreading so widely since it's so easy to recognize a worm that relies on attachments.VBA scripting in Outlook has nothing to do with sobig (sobig isn't a script virus, script viri have been pretty well managed for awhile now). Your statement that 'if people whould just use some other email client' is false, the virus would just target that product instead.

Huh? I'm not sure I conpletely understand the question.
Thunderbird is based of the Mozilla code, so it renders HTML email through GECKO, but links will use whateveris your primary browser.

You would think so, but unfortunately there are too many people who (still) don't know better.
