That's what I have, RF/RC/RSs. What have they put out since then? I honestly haven't looked because I like my set so much I haven't needed to buy anything else. Hmm... wonder if that had something to do with them being bought out. Making products too well so people never upgrade.

Speakers are something you rarely upgrade if you buy quality that you like and the accompanying price. There is no reason speakers won't last 10, 20+ years if you get quality. There is little to no advancement in this area. Hang on to those.

Not to get too sidetracked but if one wanted to buy really good bookshelf speakers for a home audio system (don't have a TV, don't want a TV, home theatre setups don't interest me) what is currently considered the good stuff these days? I was looking at the JBL Studio L series. Ideally the speakers would be light in color maybe maple finish, definitely not black.

Klipsch has sure made some cool speakers over the years besides the standard LaScallas, Cornwalls and Kornerhorns that everybody knows about

Their short lived excursion into PA gear, awesome, wish they still made this stuff

The last time Klipsch introduced anything decent were when they introduced the Reference series, oh, so long ago. I still have an rsw-10 (i know I know, should have gotten the 12).
/hugs my RSW-12.

Went a garage sale a few years ago, saw it, and asked the guy what he wanted for it. He said $40. SOLD! Couldn't give him the cash fast enough and drag it away before his bong hit wore off.
