From what I gather, his position is that he believes he has the right to get any computer he wants with the options he wants from any vendor or outlet he wants, so long as said computer and options do actually exist. It doesn't matter if some vendors don't want to be in the business of offering those options, nor if there are a half-dozen other vendors offering the options he wants at competitive prices.Originally posted by: DaFinn
so I dunno what you are bitching about? Surely had you just called them, they would've offered you an alternative.
IOW, he has the mentality of an average three year-old. I want it when I want it, how I want it, where I want it, because I have a right to it, and if I don't get it, I'm going to throw a tantrum.
In the adult world (well, actually, you are forced to deal with this world no later than age eight), you don't get what you want if that isn't offered. You have to go some where that it is offered. e.g. I can't get Steak and Lobster from Burger King, even though Burger King says I can have it "my way".
But I like Burger King! I always go to Burger King! I demand that Burger King offer Steak and Lobster to me!
What a freaking baby.
