Same here. I used to reformat for fun but I just don't have time anymore. Games on weekents, AT weeknights. School takes up all other waking hours. "It just works" isn't a bad slogan when there's work to be done.

I only browse OT to kill the time when FS/T is slow or I'm waiting for my quad-hourly bump. The computer is priority numero uno.

That's what happens when you stop playing games. You don't follow hardware release news for years, and one day, it's like woa, Athlon64, nforce4, SLI, pcix16x, hypertransport, woawoawao wtf is going on here? At least that's the way it was for me.

My interests have shifted to other electronics.

For like 15 mintues I was really interested in the X800GTO2 deals and then I thought about it and realized the only game I've played in the past month has been Red Alert 2

the computer is now just a tool for me to hoard tons of morning musume, hello project, and jpop files.
no more oc'ing, not much gaming, and no more tweaking/breaking stuff to maximize performance.
stability, redundancy, reliability is now key.

I'm very interested in new things but prefer low wattage devices and quiet computing. Those aspects have led me to a centrino laptop and so I'm never going back to a desktop.
