Those are BIKING shorts. My Girl friend and I were on our way to go Mountian Biking when that pic was taken.

once you get into the groove of working out, the pounds will just disappear :) congratulations on quiting a harmful addiction.

YEa... yes indeed.. now only ten addictions to go.. :(

cheesecake, big mac, pizza.. you get the idea. I used to play football and then I quit that and I quit smoking and the pounds started to build. I am working out again so I should get back into shape. Right now I am at 290 and I want to be at 250 which is where I have been all my life. I have been as high as 330 but I did not carry that well.
