I haven't posted on this in the last several days for a couple of reasons. It seems that the major withdrawl symptoms are now a non-issue. I am not tempted to buy any cigs anymore, and if I get a bit nervous, I can grab a piece of gum and get along just fine. Another reason is that if I am not posting about it, it just means that I am not really thinking about it.... which is a good thing.
I am not saying that I am totally cured, but I am doing and feeling a whole lot better about my controlling the situation.
