I'm having my first alcoholic drink of the week. It's a Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout. It's been a while. This is some delicious stuff. I'm holding steady at 147 today. I wonder how much I may gain this weekend. Beer, pizza and babyback ribs. IDC. I got in 9 cardios this week and 5 sessions with the weights. Feeling pretty good. I wonder what my standing heart rate is.
