OMG, portable water tanks are expensive nef.

I was looking into larger stationary tanks and yeah they are crazy expensive but even portable ones are. Used IBC totes seem to be the best bang for the buck as far as tanks go. Not exactly portable though, depending on your definition of that. I bought two that had DEF in them, plan to use them for general non potable water supply on my property. I may buy more over time. I was looking at blue barrels so I can get like 8ish of them to put in back of truck to fill with water from lake but IBC totes are actually way cheaper per litre so may just keep one designated as "portable". Either set it up on a trailer or set it up on skiis to make it easier to winch it into the truck. Will have the pump and hoses etc setup so it's all one unit.
